Fernhill, a band from Wales, and
Naragonia, a Belgian band, have created together a complete new program for the 35th birthday of the Brosella festival. Fernhill has been formed around
Julie Murphy, a singer with an exceptional voice. Naragonia, a Belgian couple, emerged from the folk ball circuit. Both bands met by accident at "
‘t Eye", a well-known folk club in Belsele. It was there that they got the idea to work together, as both bands are driven by a married couple.
Fernhill-Naragonia stands also for an awful amount of musical skills and experience. The Brosella festival offered them the opportunity to realise their project in common.
Toon Van Mierlo will give a workshop during the Brosella festival. Subscriptions should be made through
www.muziekmozaiek.be.
